This new version is basically a complete rewrite of our plugin engine.
It has taken months of intense work but (we can now offer you, out customer), the safeguards you’ve been asking for. The inability to ‘Save’ or ‘Save & Print’ a Sales Receipt if the payment was not successfully processed. There is no longer the need (although it’s still there) to confirm that there is an authorization code in the notes.
This is an important feature because merchants are now able to hire temporary employees/interns with minimum to no training at all.
We still have more work to do, such as testing our Gift Card program and more…
